Hey, y'all! Mallary here. Before you go off and sign up for coaching, you probably want to know a little bit about me?! Or maybe you don't care, but you're getting the background anyway!
I truly began my fitness journey in 2018 when I was diagnosed with OCD, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The gym became my little sanctuary and helped my mental health SO much. I fell in love with the gym + the community I found within it. I began exploring the different types of lifting in the gym and eventually settled on powerlifting as my most preferred. I went through many ups and downs as I navigated the gym and found my calling as a CPT. BUT, it all led me to the point I'm at today! And I am ready to help YOU begin a journey that will last a lifetime!

THE GYM
My husband and I actually own a gym here in Kentucky! So, any 1:1 sessions or in person meetings will take place here!
